Hi all, Has anyone received role-based promotion with a 3-star rating? Does it actually work, or are there additional criteria involved? Also, if someone has completed the required MySkillZ and has been in the new role for over 6 months, is the promotion confirmed? Would love to hear your experiences or any clarity around this.

Only criteria is your manager 😜 😜
If manager wants you to promote it will be .... Role based promotion works only if you are working less than your current Band... Ex you are in B3 and your role is lesser than lead role you will be promoted that's it... My skill z and other certifications are helpful only if you are nominated for promotion.
