Hi there. Hope everyone is doing fine. Got an upcoming interview at Roku for SSE. Can someone who is working at Roku Bangalore or has appeared for the same (be it for any position), share their experience and procedure.

Have appeared around 5-6 months back, it was a negative experience for me. The EM just jumped right into a LC hard problem without any basic courtesies, no hints or interest to hear out candidate's approach and basically was chewing what I atleast think were peanuts the whole time. I didn't make it to the next round.

Roku was one place I had a weird interview, they asked a low level design problem and the interviewer was kinda pushing me to write in go.
Along with that he had a strong preference for TDD which I don’t like, and is pretty much a stylistic choice rather than something you gauge interview performance on.
This was for a US based position though
Roku interviews are pretty random. A lot depends on the team you are being interviewed for. They do not have any general pattern. Had a negative experience with them, any interviewer could ask anything either SD, LLD, or DS.
