Roku culture and salary

Hello folks,

I recently interviewed with Roku. Wanted to know how's the culture, hike and salary?

As far I know it is Ctc : Yrs of experience*10

Or do they offer more in case the candidate is good?

My experience was very bad, all interviews were cleared. Medium difficulty. But HR discussion for salary, they offered 20% less than already discussed before the interview started.

In my opinion, never join such a company
