The way you've used the qualitative values and impact is good, keep that. But rework on the verbiage/ wordings!

For the metric, I just played around pre existing metrics, rearranged them and then conducted the experiment on, a medium priority page, shares the report with VP.
For the market researcher, it was an early-stage startup, with 5 members, and I happened to lead them and as a result, became their first full time hire.
