Hi I am now overall total experience 4 year and 8 months TCS experience as I joined TCS on 21 June 2023 I am in Ultimatix Revenue value stream Considering above info what's should be roadmap for me 1)should I go for wings1 certification but already I have 7lpa so I think why should I waste time to prepare for wings1 instead I should focus on learning Is my approach correct? 2)should I go for any ninja program within our valus stream (security/deep etc) 3)should I go any other value stream which is more to learn
Your approach towards Wings1 certification is indeed correct. With your current package, focusing on skill enhancement is a better strategy. As for the Ninja program, if it aligns with your career goals, go for it. Switching value streams should be considered only if it offers substantial learning opportunities. Remember, in TCS, we believe in continuous learning and growth.
How would I know there is some learning opportunities is there if I switch any other value stream or tower?
