RMG's Surely going to hell after death
First of all TCS does not really have much long term projects. I have never seen in any of my previous companies wherein I ever had to ask for an allocation being in project.
Here allocation is given as if they are purchasing dhaniya, pudina or other veggies.
One of my previous team mate who joined TCS as a fresher and has 2 year experience now in TCS is reporting to one of the RMG
She is being threatened by this RMG saying if she does not find herself a project in next 1 month she is going to incur salary deductions.
Already for another member of my project who is on bench for last 3 months they are deducting 19k from his salary.
This RMG lady Irpilla has so much of attitude. I have seen her once when she sent a mail to around 60 people to report around 10 AM and she herself showed up at 10:45 AM and immediately asked everyone waiting in that hall to follow her and she took the lift to second floor. And when everyone reached 2nd floor she again said follow me and went back to ground floor.
All tue RMG folks out there, Really sorry but to say the least these are the cheapest tactics anyone can stoop down to.
I understand they have their own pressure from management, but their behaviour has been really worse even. You are surely getting a lot of curse for yourself. Definitely going to Hell !!!

Time for TATA to change this CEO.

@TeemingJade1 hey! You made me remind of early days in TCS. Now when I have spent 15 years in TCS, I have realized few unwritten rules and few hacks that works most of the time ( but not always as they say, With TCS, you experience un-certainty. ;) )

The one such rule is that RMG behavior changes with your YOE in TCS. Have experienced this myself. They treat senior resources with more sympathy or I would say less rudely

Most of the people lacks communication skills. Specifically verbal communication. How you present your point matters a lot. When you talk with RMG maintain eye contact, facial expressions must be neutral or relaxed and firmness in your voice. Don't be very polite or very rude. Don't mention please and kindly very often. Make your point and stick to it. If you are sure what RMG is saying doesn't not make sense or is not good in any way, don't be afraid to escalate to his supervisor. Escalate the things until someone address your concerns. But you have to be patient and professional. Keep repeating your point again and again.

If this doesn't solve the problem, try to find Plan-B. Take advantage of TCS policies like LWP, transfer, Health Policies etc. Make contacts, find the friend of the person who is creating trouble for you and befriend with him. After some time discuss your situation with him/her and ask for help. This plan worked for me when I was struggling to get release from a project. I made good impression on delivery manager of another account who was also good friend of my delivery manager. They used to go gor smoke together. He asked my delivery manager to consider my case. Few weeks later my delivery manager called me and gave me release date with some terms and conditions like training juniors and finish all my deliveries. Patience is also a key here..
Ican keep going on but not possible to write everything here. Just be a professional. You have just started your career. Ypu will face a lot worse people.

Ex-RMG here.
Not defending any RMG.
There is 101% chance that salary deductions would have happened because of absence and not physically reporting to RMG. Without multiple reminders for the same, absence cannot be marked in system.
Also, Her behavior really seems to be annoying, get it escalated to her supervisor's supervisor.l keeping her in CC. She'll get on track the next day and will come timely to office to take reporting.

You seem to be one of the nicer 'ex' RMG's. Not one RMG before this has caught attention as someone with sense and humanity. No offence meant & my view is limited of course.

But you have to agree why they behave like God, and from where they get this etiquette to insult others. Even an illiterate person talks more smoothly than them. Never expected this behaviour inside TCS. They have right to escalate people if they are doing wrong but if they are talking rude and useless then they have to learn manners.

Here RMG & HRs think that they own the company and they own all the employees lol, they get paid pennies but have to show this kind of dictatorship to satisfy their personal egos 🤌

My experience with RMG person (bangalore) worst Ever . 1st project 5.5 years rampdown & next project I released from project After fight with manger & did resignation( initially requested calmly, then lead & manager started to harass with support of HR)
Once I came to RMG whenever I get project he calls to that team & bitch about me. Finally got to know by my previous manager RMG guy called & told bad things about me. Somehow got project with Known manager when I try to revoke my resignation No response from HR & later That RMG guy called & sent mail if you want to revoke you need to go to previous projects where I had issues. After big struggle & with conditions I am still stuck in this TCS..
Waiting for better opportunity 🙏🙏

You can file a complaint in global help no one having right to target.

RMG bajali gutte in pune location he is worst man i have ever seen..he is non having any technical knowledge first of all. He talks like a chai wala. When i joined tcs 2 years back he literally made me cry over the call. Later i took up any project and ennded up leave the organization. He lies about the technology used in the project and kept me in a support project when i said no he started threatening me. I felt like i will beat him outside the office but i didn't do it. I just left the org.

RMGs are true sarkari karmchari who don't get any value but try to increase their value by harassing the public.
