RMG's proposing for projects without even discussing with people
Twice it has happened for me , Mail received from talent marketplace saying RMG proposed me for a project even though it was irrelevant, not even once it was discussed with me if it was relevant for my experience or skills.
The first one I cleared but the finance approval from client was pending. Shockingly the experience in the req was mentioned as 4-6 year experience and me being 13 year experienced not even sure why I was proposed for it
I had the option to Accept it or reject it but it says I can reject max thrice and thereafter I wont even have the choice to reject
The second time it was initiated no one even approached from that account
The portal is capturing details of how many times you rejected project or how many client evaluations you failed.
Looks like a new tactic to force senior professionals out
Bro thanks them they are assigning the project ask them to whome they are giving two options either termination or resign
Initiating lock is not assigning project, for me they initiated locking but no one from that account approached me. Until the lock is in place I wont get any others calls either.
If you accept the project with different skills then what will happen right… next year appraisal you will get D band because they will tell your performance not good because you are coming from different skills and working on low performance. This is what happening in TCS. If D band means, your salary will get revised and PIP will initiate. Tcs doing very worst things. Don’t know people aware these things or not
Don't accept telling that what your current skillset / exp is... and say that you are looking for projects to improve skills and not get stagnated with same skillset.
Same thing happen for me as will was cleared 3 different Clint evaluation end of the day they come up with budget issue we can’t proceed since we w looking for 4 to 5 years profile. Im having 12 years exp only. Mean while was looking outside opportunity got good offer from product base company moved out from TCS

Whats new in it, my intervw was done with tml and joined tcl, when i denied then told me you have to else disciplenery action will be taken, i said i dont give a sheet as i have it on mail, then answer was that doesnt matter as tml has released you from swon, on next day of my tcs joining date.
