RMGs are not responding to project block emails
I was on bench for couple of weeks I am getting calls regularly and am answering correctly, they said okay we will get back to you , when I call back they aee saying we have sent block email to RMG bht they are not responding I don't knwo why RMGs are not responding to project team emails , earlier when I wa on bench as soon as I got project confirmation I got allocation in two days .
It's their tactical movement to increase the unallocation days and to force resign the people They maximum try to not to respond the mails and calls.Better meet the RMG face to face and get project soon or if u don't have their hope try outside.
Because the whole system is "Khichdi"(incase you don't know Hindi search the reference)
During the bench period you are virtually reporting to 100s of RMG simultaneously. It's very difficult to understand who has the actual control.
They are doing that because they want to increase your in unallocated days to fire people
Go and talk to rmg and check what is pending
Last week one of my friend received 3 project blocks but they showed him exit doors in 1 week. Rmg is behaving very ugly.
