RMG TCS
Can anyone help me to know why RMG has that much attitude? Do they have any manners. Why are they thinking of themselves as GOD of TCS. When I visited their office, 3 people looked at me from up to down, their only intention was to insult me, but they couldn't because I was in formals. I was released and there was a gap of two days between reporting. They told me to apply leave and share a screenshot.
If they are talking at least they should learn some manners. Haven't they learnt it from their home? Luckily I got a project within 2 weeks. Now I don't need to see their faces. They actually need to go through soft skills training.

Well.. just think about it... what qualification do you actually need to become a RMG... I have seen many folks who didnt have any knowledge in any domain , not even good at coding or any technology .. At last settling in RMG...coz even to become an HR u need a MBA.. but for RMG just bachelors will do... and to be in any project you should have atleast some skills... Just think why they are not in any project and in RMG and move on...😂😂😂😂😂

Recently heard from a senior person, who is more than 50 years old, they also said the same thing. About RMG behaviour. We give them respect because this is what we taught and they do what they taught.
You should not have lost leaves..if you had attended to office..there is no policy that abence to reporting demands leaves..they just fool you..next yime ask them to show policy
