RMG saying notice period will be increased if I don’t report him daily (resigned on bench)

Asking here if any RMG or HR can confirm, is this really possible? As legally notice period is of 90 days, I resigned while on bench, was seeking as early release (I had an offer, and they needed me to join early) which he is not providing, but now he is saying if I don’t show my face to him everyday he will talk to my HR and increase the LWD, which sounds BS, as I’m not working in any project, no business impact, basically I’m getting paid for doing nothing… also heard from one friend that they threatened her of messing up the experience letter and not giving FnF settlement. Is this really a thing? If so it needs to be reported as an employee concern as it looks like a misuse of power to me. As an organisation one person cannot have that much power right? Otherwise they will definitely misuse that for whatever personal grudge or motivation they might have.

Have this conversation in written and raise a grievance against the RMG for abuse of power. It makes no sense to show face if you are asking for early release and there is no work!

Yeah that’s what… he is referring to the policy of wfo, but that doesn’t mean I have to stay 9 hours without any allocated seat, he is telling me to sit in cafeteria, which is also not as per policy ig

Is it possible!!?? Yes it is possible they can delay your LWD, in fact experience letter also can be showcased with non compliance even more on basis of non compliance notice you can be fired as well your experience letter will show those details.

Stop lying lodu. You are mostly the RMG in disguise. Losers like you will be in TCS only spreading misinformation 🤡

Even when I’m on bench? I can maintain 2 office by just swiping in and out… don’t need to show face right? Is there any policy which tells about this exact scenario (notice + bench)

Send an email to rmg stating you are on bench and dont want to continue your endeavours with TCS .. let him reply on that.. then tag his supervisor and your HR in it..and after every two day keep adding people above them.. like first send it to rmg, then tag rmgs supervisor and if that doesnt work .. add supervisor of the person above rmg..you will get everything within 1 week.. keep adding supervisors of HR as well if he is not showing interest.

I already played mail mail during my first 2 weeks of resigning… nothing happened as such, although I haven’t added their supervisors as I thought it will only make the matter worse, if they abuse their power already I wonder if they even fear their supervisors or they are part of the team

Bro you play mail mail a hundred times it doesn't matter... no one gives a shit.. but when you add supervisor things escalate.. No one wants a bad rep in front of their manager.. worked for me everytime.

Ask them to send this in written. I had also resigned on bench and never reported daily any week. Nothing happened. All this is trap. U just politely ask them the send this in written.

May be your RMG was nice… that’s what I wanted to know how much power do they have so If they want to create trouble… how much trouble can they create max… but apparently they is no such policies and that’s what they abuse ig

At which location they are doing? I am also planning to get bench and then resign so as to reduce notice period.

You are one step ahead of me bro… my HR has no problems releasing me early… but the rmg is creating unnecessary trouble

He can't do that .. without project and even on bench , they supposed to release you in 10 to 15 days max

DerpyMochi

No where it's said that they can increase your NP for non RTO. It's just QVA deduction and no hike or promotion as per policy. And if you are in bench then 10-15 max NP that's all. So I guess you can report to office for 2 weeks
