Rmg respond to our mails?

I have selected for 2 projects in the same day ,i would like join in one project but they allocated in another project . I have mailed to the rmg person. Will they respond and re assign?

Can we tell the allocated project manager directly like i dont want join in this project ?

I have asked them they said rmg blocked you ,you have intiate this from your side

Same thing happened with me and rmg was just a mute spectator in the emails going back and forth. I have to settle down with the project I was initially allocated but u can do one thing. Don't work on anything in the project and say that u want to get allocated in other project and want release. I did a mistake by not doing this.
