RMG Reporting showing No Show Status. Need Clarity.

I am reporting to RMG, last week Wednesday, 27th November, i had reported to RMG in person and also made a entry in her note, but in 2office application, it was showing as No Show. When I click on it, the note says that, if it's wrong , please raise WFH EXCEPTIONS under Card Swipe Not Recorded, I also done the same and asked my RMG to cross Check and Approve. But she is not doing it . What's needs to be done?
