how many hrs to stay in office if we are reporting to RMG ?
As of now, I don't think they are monitoring the hours. But they would soon and there will be some push \ emails citing the same. I sometimes just swipes, have food and leave and so far has not gotten into any trouble. The only thing limiting them form implementing hours is that there are boat loads of people who does not have an ODC and thus cannot stay in the office for more than few hours. It will be a nightmare for TCS to force them to spend time in office as they will likely resort to canteen \ meeting rooms. They cannot exempt these folks publicly as such an action would be unfair to others. But they would soon correct the situation and would force the same.
Nah they will just say to leave as the reporting with them will be matter of some minutes most of the time as their main work here is to get rid from their eyes by giving allocation as soon as possible as being unallocated is nothing but burden for some of them
