RMG Reporting during Unallocation
Hello RMG is continuously threatening to come to report or will take HR action. What Action HR will take ?
Same with me...I am reporting from my near TCS but RMG has sent email that report to base location in 1 week else resign...I have joined from ML still not getting any support....I wish I couldn't have joined TCS few years back...biggest mistake that I have joined TCS
Not need to worry nro,you are still having ample amount of time,better move on if you get offer from other company recognising your efforts and providing support whenever you are in need
You can raise the WFO exception stating transfer reasons or you need transfer, HR will give transfer or they will approve exception
They will approve only if you have a strong genuine reason like marriage plans or major health issues with you or guardian... If he isn't having any need to sought a project in that location that they can allocate him with transfer
Best solution for this is find a project and get allocated. As soon as you get allocated no RMG will ask you to report anywhere .
If you are on bench they will keep asking to report at base location and all those hr action etc will be there
If u don't report RMG will force you to apply leave
HR will mark Unauthorized absence that directly affects your salary.
My HR cut my 8 days salary and got threat that if you still not come to office then I will suspend your salary.
Need transfer of Base Location
