Rules cannot be same for everyone but crossing 35 days is actually risky.

I got project in 65 days. So no forced resignation as far as I concern below c3b. C3b n above can't say. But be in touch with rmg if looking for project. Tcs will give 95 days max to find project before asking to leave or termination.
