RMG Release clarification
Dear All, I have a query I was working in MFG unit into SAP technical module due to work load i asked for release I got released I posted ad on Knome and got into some internal TCs project INTO NATIVE HANA they are in the process of allocation but my RMG are not giving approval for mapping so I went to my RMG supervisor and discussed with him the issue he said they will check native hana projects in MFG UNIT if there are no responses then they will release from RMG and I can get allocation to internal TCS project My query is by when can I get release and how to get release from my MFG RMG i want to work in that internal project If I reject the projects in MFG unit will there be any issues in future Kindly provide me valuable suggestions bit worried
If you request a release, managers may try to retain you due to billing concerns. If you persist, the issue may escalate to HR. Once released, you can apply for internal jobs via the portal, but RMG may allocate you to a different project without your consent.
I'm released from previous project I have opportunity to get into other project they have requirement Id just need approval from RMG if they release then I can get into that internal project but RMG is saying they will first try into MFG unit if we didn't get into it then they will release
Currently unallocated and reporting to RMG
