RMG people getting paid now
There are reports of RMG people being assaulted in Gitanjali Park, Kolkata. Can you confirm if this is true?
The C3A should have waited till the RMG guy goes out of the campus . Then should have slapped him with a face mask on . Seriously, the RMG people are being too much now . I heard an incident where an woman who is the sole earner for family with a bedridden husnand has been forced to resign. A guy with a terminally ill mother was forced to resign . Even a guy with 20 years of service to TCS was asked to resign ? Who are these bloody RMGs ? Some shitty graduate/mba people with no technology skills . Without technical people IT companies cannot sustain . Given oppertunity we can build a LinkedIn and the complete RMG work will be automated in month and these RMG would be out of the scenario. And be respectful if you want respect .
RMG is doing what has been told to them. Direct the anger to the right place. Of course they can be rude but the decision is not theirs.
Then they should accept the rudeness from the rest . Respect for individual is a TCS policy and RMG has the authority to violate that the rest can also do . They are not VIPs : they are just another employee that too without much technical knowledge.
Yes True. I know from trusted friend. RMG guy was given pretty good beating for his rudeness.
Rmg head Kolkata got slapped for not giving approval
A C3A guy managed to find project in his own after 2 months of unallocation. But rmg not released him from bench to join. So heated argument began and finally C3A slapped him.
