Rmg not approving casual leave of 2 days

Applied 2 days casual leave for 17th and 21st October, but rmg didn't approve it yet even after sending the mail requesting to approve it. Now I am at my home town for diwali. Is it fine that they approve it later in time? What should be done here ?
