Try to get project from other account, connect with colleagues, post on knowme.

Try to check the reason politely and update your CV. Look out other options outside TCS as well

I hv seen that case — my friend has to fight a lot to get into ajother project while anoyhe project was not allowing him to join other project - rng doesnt care - thye just need allocation

yes, project can do it with less exp folks - their consent doesnt matter form what i hh seen
