RMG: "no reporting and meeting".... 10 days

RMG is either on leave or meeting But is on no reporting And this has been going on for the last 2 weeks
The entire floor is cramped. We are also informing the HR about this REGULARLY
But to no avail.
I think your rmg name is Salomi ghosh.she has 846 people reporting under her.what a terrible situation!!!!! Last week I ve seen 700 people reporting under her.within 1 week 146 people are released
On no reporting means?.
When you are unallocated, you have to report to RMG, RMG allocates you a project.
RMG is either absent, in a meeting, says "says no update no reporting" or is not meeting entirely.
Now there's a 35 day limit in staying unallocated as per new policy.
So your livelihood rests on the hands of people who simply don't care
Can someone tell in how many days u move to global pool from unit pool after getting unallocated
