RMG is not approving transfer

Minimum 2 years you have to work in a location after that no one can stop you or else leave project and find project in your desired location

Go to you desired place and take some medical leave for 4-6 weeks using some authentic but fake medical certificate

Then that project manager will provide transfer
Rmg will not
Will never do

U need to leave project and search for project in that location where u need transfer

Tell him to arrange swap or keep requesting them. Eventually they will agree.

What's your total experience if it's more than 2 years you're eligible for transfer.

Get your paper work ready for exception and submit everything first to your current supervisor and Service owner. Once they approves reach out to HR.. if they nor still reach out to HR..

Just keep in mind one thing. You cant expect money or increment from tcs. Better to search for location which is near. RMG didnt approved one of my collegues transfer even the project forced. So better to ask release from current project and search for project with odc which is in your desired location.

In my case also RMG didn't approved. Check with your manager on this and you can ask for company initiated transfer.

Here my manager initiated the transfer. I didn't had to reach anyone. Ask your manager if he can help you. I have not spend more than 2 days at my base location in those 4 years.
