RMG initiated SAWA as I haven't reported to her since 10 days.Couldn't login to Ultimatix,teams and outlook. What is SAWA, can anybody tell?

Stopped Attending Without Authorisation or SAWA

Is initiated when you are on absent from office without providing valid communication to your reporting manager or RMG. Not sure why you would do that, ideally you should be informing RMG why you could not report to them. They have probably put you on stop pay and possibly initiated your exit as well. Try to negotiate with valid reason otherwise its time to look for a new job!
