RMG forcing to resign

It is bound to happen when you are on bench for 5-6 months which means employee is not putting efforts to get in to projects. Forcing RMG to do this. I am with RMG on this.

Most of the comments which i am seeing on this post are from people who have been already settled, earning in lakhs, they are allocated but most of their work is done by their juniors only and they are here just for the sake of giving knowledge that how corporate works and how one should work in corporate

5-6 months on bench and now worry about threatening? Some people are so audacious to do this and whine when the RMG takes right action.

Ask the RMG to send this on email

In TCS ?

See one thing I am clear about in tcs is that we have plethora of projects in TCS

So if you are compatible enough, then 1-2 months is enough for you to get into a projects which suits your skillset and other criteria as well.

If someone is on bench for 5-6 months, then it's obvious that he/she just wants to relax, not work but get paid by TCS

This is problem with capitalist world. Why the company then hier you, if they can't give them work. Is the HR and hiring team also take the responsibility and resign?

Its high time for both RMG and your friend...
