RMG forcing me to resign early than LWD

Hi all, Actually I have resigned a month ago. Currently I'm on bench and serving notice period. RMG forcing me to resign earlier than Last working day. But currently I'm looking for a job and i don't have an offer and I don't want to resign early. What to do can you guys help me . Any tips or suggestion please.

Basically it means leaving before the actual LWD of notice period

Unfortunately if you have resigned and in bench, they won't keep you as you are a cost to them. If you leave early they can save that much money. Simple logic. Try saying you have financial commitments, can't forgo salary etc. sometimes they may understand But mostly they won't. All the best to land a better job soon !!!
