Rmg forcing me to come to 50km far office as I can reach near office with less expense , TCS don't pay for conveyance, can this be escalated further I can visit lucerna tower daily but can't go tcs yamuna as there is no metro near by. Is there anyway to escalate this issue.
Bro take it seriously before you face severe consequences. If your system tagged rmg is sitting in that far office then you must go there unless you got allocated in a project. I took it casually and went nearest office then she called me in her location. She forced me to apply leave for those days when I came nearest office. I got monetory loss as those leave could have been encashed. Second thing is people face stop pay when they are not reporting. Take it as guidance else wait for mess
I am going office all 5 days and I am suggesting rmg to connect to project I am doing their job, and none project is ready to train me for new tech
Only excuse you can doe only one month max is health issue but after that they will say apply leave
I am going to Yamuna even though Lucerna is nearer however maybe you can mail him wi th HRs in CC
Tell rmg you can't come. Ask rmg to give project instead of calling at your place.
