RMG forcing me into a random project with HR blackmail
I just got out of ILP recently and I was randomly pre mapped to a domain and my RMG supervisor is forcing me to take up a random support project and they're escalating the issue to HR to HR for saying no to the project. A few others in my same domain were allocated without even being asked.
My batchmates from other verticals are getting development projects at least.
Is there no way out of this situation?
Will I be terminated for saying no to these projects? or be forced to resign?

Why did I choose this hellhole🤦♂️, does the support part show up in the experience letter they give when we leave aswell? cause I'm not going to learn anything in this
Show some certifications or internships experience if you want to get development projects. Mention in mail if you are confident to give interview on that.
They gave you job and training and now you dont want to take work what they giving.its not good
Bruh I gave up good dev work at a startup which gave me full-time for some stability and a small hike here. Every company is supposed to give a job and KT after the interviews, it's a must not a benefit🥲 and it most definitely doesn't seem fair that I don't have a say in what I do :/
You don't even have a say as a fresher. They do it for everyone. My career is now in doomed because of that. They put me in BT project where release policy is 3 yrs
Don't push your luck too much. Join if no otherway. Prepare for new role and start switch when you receive ryt offer.

And don’t feeel that that they are doing this only with you.. whole rmg tcs is like that .. all locations and HrS too./
I just said any development role in any project, they're not even seeing skillets even though I gave it to them.
Buy out some time from RMG and start looking for development projects from your end, use knome platforms internal contacts. And once you get your choice of project the allocated project's manager will handle the rest of the things.
Not exactly sure what buying out time is but Im trying to connect with managers, will try the other steps too
Just tell them.. put me into a project which i was hired for and trained for... or else fuck urself along with the HR
