RMG can't even maintain an Excel
I have been getting calls for a different name. On enquiry I found out that the Excel sheet that was provided had the name of a guy called "Satish" with my contact number beside.
So RMG has been screwing up 2 guys at once.
And who knows how much.
At this point i am compelled to ask: How difficult would it be to replace RMGs with N8N agents???
RMG is useless team, main responsible for tcs fall down. RMG with no capability management is of no use. Employees are suffering.
Completely agree with you bro. I feel by removing this useless teams in RMG, a significant budget can be saved, which can be put to better use.

One of the two useless department in TCS is RMG. Even the service providers like security, office assistant do better job than these RMG and HR
