RMG Behaviour at this time
31st is the last day in my project, they will release me from the project. What is the situation in RMG? I will get another project or they will say that we don't have any projects so you can resign or will force me to resign? Please give me the exact answer I am very confused.
you have 3 months . 3rd month they will release you. Try to get allocated in 1st month only. TCS is getting pressure from outside so situation will not be bad as what we think. But to be on safer side get allicated or find job outside.
Bro try all your contacts, old project managers, old pmo, old colleagues and internal connects to get project. Once you on rmg they will not spare you. Mostly they will terminate as per the current scenario.
RMG is in pathetic shape. 52 days on bench still. Tried every possible thing but no luck. Mail sent to chro cc rmg head with the snapshot of RMG people how lightly they are. Waiting.
You are on the bench from the last 52 days?? And what is your YOE and technology
