RMG are worst
RMG think they are owner on TCS .. they are worst creature in tcs .. their salary comes by our (developer)valuable efforts to the company . They should learn some professionalism.
Yeah rmg people are shit, mainly in Bangalore. They behave and literally shout at people like tcs is running just bcs of them....
They have worsened the shit now we have to wait in long ques twice a day for hours just to tell them our employee I'd even the senior folks have to do that no place to sit nothing
Yes I have faced the same thing. I am a mid level employee and they treat us very bad. I just came from maternity leave and she wants me to go and report her every day. My based location was olympus which is very near to my home but as she sits in Powai which will take 2 hours from my home to reach there and another 2 hours to come back just to report her which can be done by online too. Still i request her whether i can report in my nearby office rmg, as i have a small baby,she didn't allow. She said rudely as get allocation fast so you can stop reporting

RMG, HR and Admin are most stupid people you will find in TCS. Even security guards and house keeping staff sounds more sensible in comparison to these 3 musketeers of TCS.
Very true, in the downfall of my previous project i used to be very downtrodden while wfo so i resigned due to mental pressure n harrasment and the HR had the audacity to not approve my resignation just because my manager told her that I'm a troublesome employee n i do not work. I didn't resign but asked for a project change. In my experience the rmg didn't care enough so he was ok if i visited only once a week but this as back in Feb2023
You are absolutely correct. These people are highly unprofessional. They will destroy your career by assigning random project. They are arranging stupid programs and forcing it on employees rather than allowing people to get time for up skilling. They don't have any strategies to engage people fruitfully rather they will just shout misbehave the only strategy they use. Company loosing billions because of this non performing people.

Can't agree more! The last 2 months I've been there were terrible. I can easily write up a short story named "TCS RMG Atrocities" including all of my experiences I had with them in the past 2 months. They're the perfect examples of headless chickens running around in the organisation.
