RMG allocation, reminders & HR action – need advice

My RMG has allocated me to an SBI support role. I spoke with him, but he’s not ready to deallocate. I haven’t reported to the project for the last two days and have received two reminder mails. RMG mentioned that one more reminder will be sent and then HR action will be initiated. Is there any possibility to get allocated to another project at this stage? Also, what usually happens in HR action cases like this?
