RMG allocation

Hey Folks, hope you all are doing well ! I have been just 2 yrs in TCs and in the same project. Wanted to know if I get release from the current project, will I get the desired opportunity via RMG for 14yrs of exp into QA? Or is it like whatever is been thrown at us, we have to just accept it rather than risking ourselves for long term on bench.
