RMG 2025: for those who are on bench for more than 3 months, are RMGs/HRs asking you to resign?

I heard from one of my friends in TCS as I have joined here just 8 months back he told me that RMG is asking people to join a project within a month or they will start creating troubles for you. I got to know this as I am also pissed off with my current location and project so thought of taking help from him. He told me RMG will start bothering you in every manner like to join a project within a month or leave the organisation.
