My take would be to join Salesforce if you want a more chill work environment.. I've heard Rippling has good amount of work pressure..
But if you want to grind a bit and take a big bet, go with Rippling.. if they happen to go public later on, you'll drive a BMW M3 in the future.. or maybe you already drive one right now.. can't tell 😅

Rippling is cut throat and walking on thin ice. Be very careful with the money that you are getting the expectation might be way higher than you might possibly think. So for your mental health, Salesforce is what I would prefer.

And before the amazing comments like more money is not bad culture and stuff, i worked there before and know a ton of people.

Every company is tough these days. Joined Microsoft with 1cr+ TC and thought MS is chill, but hell no! In fact right now MS is firing low performers in the US.

Congratulations. I joined Salesforce 6 months back. I would say the culture here in Salesforce is also not that great. Having 10+ years of experience, I feel SF has the worst culture and shitty WL balance among all my earlier companies.

Sorry. That's way above my pay grade to comment. I don't have experience of leading team, so not sure what will be the roles and responsibilities be at your position.
The company is very good in terms of wlb, and benefits across most of the teams:
Free food
MacBook pro

3.5 lakhs education reimbursement per year
8 leaves can be encashed per year
Good leave policies
Cab if you are working in shifts
Rsu is better option than ESOP.
At that pay range, post taxes and cess the difference would not be more than 50k per month.
At Salesforce forget getting stock refreshers.
Hikes are debatable, some get more than 12% , few get not more than 7-8%
Maybe it's a dumb question to ask but are you an IIT IIM or top Bschool graduate ? Is your profile technical or non technical

SFDC better than Rippling. It's a behemoth. You can shut your eyes for a couple of years, and still be paid.
