That to from opposition side

On paper looks nice, it's gonna be an execution failure honestly and most companies will find loopholes or do pay cuts

AQI ke liye tandoor band kara sakte h, CM AQI ko temperature measure karne ka tareeka bata sakti h, apne paise as cash withdraw karne par tax dene bol sakti hai, public safety and pilot welfare k liye bill monopoly k pressure Mein wapis le sakte h, unse galti se bhi citizens k liye kuch nhi kiya ja sakta

Third world infra and facilities k liye first world tax(direct+indirect)

Does not matter in age of ai

In my 10 years of experience if I rule out 1 incident where I worked during weekends (due to production code failure) , there hasn't been any other single instance where my manager has pushed me to work on weekends or unnecessary bothering me after office hours.
There is a lot of fuss going around not working after office hours to which I disagree to some extent. My company is paying me good, putting good on my table so I have no problem working a little extra once in a while.
But I agree on the fact that this should not become a regular habit and work life balance should be maintained .
Your job environment seems great, can you please tell your YOE and CTC ?

This bill hasnt been passed. Fake post

Company wouldn't ask to work overtime but rather give tasks in such a way that the tasks need to be picked even after office hours... As simple as thatπ

We forget that we aren't a first world country.
