Right month to resign

The "best" months to resign in India are March and April, following the financial year-end appraisal and budget allocation cycle, and January, when hiring and market conditions may improve after the holiday lull.

Months to be cautious: October, November, and December but it's a good time to update your resume and network.

If you have 90 days notice period, do it in November.
