Ridiculous Manager
My manager is a female she micromanages us and treats us like a bondage labour. We are working for 15 hrs a day and even on holidays and weekends she she is forcing us to come to clients location everyday. No commute and no reimbursement. I spend around 17-18 k only on commute per month. I can’t bare so much. I want to resign. Can she force me or take any action if i don’t visit office in NP.
@ShyMaking3 simple things just bear her till Feb 20. After that the appraisal will be locked.after that work less then 9hrs and she asked anything tell her you can't do it and wanted to be released. And go to office once in a week or 2. Do not worry, they know you will bend for that reason they are forcing and once you are firm they will look for another
He need to wait till he sees the band, they can change band any time
