This is so disheartening for me. I know everything is in my hands and I can get more if I switch. But despite knowing all this, it still hurts. This is my second company and I switched here with not so good Hike due to then personal conditions. Expected things will be fine if I prove myself here.! Worked my ass off in this project and this is what I get. Last December 24 they gave me nothing because I received promotion in June 24 . However during that cycle they gave like 40% hike 16% hike etc to others in my level in the name of pay equalization. So I definitely had expectations this cycle as my pay is so damn less for my level and YOE. But it’s useless I think. However much you work, always the favorites will be favored. Done with this project and this whole organization in itself. Time to study and switch in next 2 months. I have 0 will to work here anymore.
