80% people will see their rewards getting released by this week, plus do check the rewards portal, many people leads are realising it without discussion. They are embarrassed to communicate the outcome with single digit Hikes

The same happened with me. There was no communication from PL, but when I checked on the rewards portal it was showing rewards outcome.
