CL11 with MAL of 30. Total experience of 4.10 yrs. CTC 5.54LPA. I already knew these people won’t give anything and that is what happened. No hike, just vp of 6% (same as Dec 24).

How do I resign??? When would be good time to resign? Whom shall I inform first - TL or Manager?
