Hi did you end up joining the role? I’m interviewing for the same and any insights from your end would be very much appreciated @MrBeer

I left the offer after speaking to a few industry folks and ex-employees. The company has a frenzy hire-fire culture. Plus the teams are quite poorly managed, lot of stress. The only perk is the hike in this slowdown.
Process has 3 rounds:
- HR preliminary
- Case Interview: Easy to moderate but with a variety of industry/ org verticals
- VP round: Resume deep dive and org fir
Post this if you move ahead then you are selected now you need to find the right team fit. I dropped out of the process post R3.

I hadn't applied. Usually the recruiters reach out to folks directly.
My domain has been in Strategy & Analytics. Yoe : 2.5

Are you an mba grad? Also, what is the ctc break up like?

Where did you work previously and what's your role exactly please? I'm kinda interested in this space. Gatgering knowledge.

Hey, I have been trying for the role from last 1-2 month. Not getting any response from them. Can you share how you went about applying and getting a shortlist. Also, if possible your domain and YoE.
FYI - My experience 2.5 years in ops and analytics role, Tier 2 undergrad
Thanks
