I resigned as I got an offer and revoked due to change in the plan and had personal concerns.This all happened while I was in maternity.
Then my DU lead called me and told we identified you for PIP as you resigned and you are asking for resignation.I told them I am in maternity how i can be PIP candidate?
and later HR told me they revoked pip as well in teams chat..now the question will be will they put PIP while person was in maternity?
and i haven't seen any negative feedback till now in the workday as well..will they really revoked my PIP or how i will get to know?

If you are in PIP, an email will be auto generated from the tool. If you have not received any automatic email, PIP has not been initiated on tool

When we will receive that email? Before outcome release only?

You will receive the email as soon as PIP is initiated on the tool. If you have not received it, it is not on the tool and chances are it has been revoked by HR because even if delivery puts you in PIP on the tool, it will not be initiated until HR Partner approves it and if it is rejected by HR, PIP will stand cancelled and no email will.be initiated for you.

If you already started Maternity, then no PIP. Its govt rule, for returning mothers at least 6 months company can't fire.

I returned from MAT on May 12th and planned to resign before my resume date which is April 8th and i revoked on April 28th due to some personal reason that time only my DU lead said as i have planned to resign from the organisation they identified me for PIP ..i told him you know my feedback how I will be the PIP candidate they said as i was planned to leave the organisation they identified for PIP..
Then connected with HR they said it's revoked..but I'm still not sure what is the original status.

Till now there is no negative feedback in my workday and no communication also regarding PIP..but question is will they release about my PIP status in outcome release call?

You should have just said ok and served them with a legal notice afterwards. Would have set you up for life 😉

Can't put pip when in maternity for sure

This is very common for Accenture leads and HR’s
I have also faced this issue my TL has given a very positive feedback when we are in call showed me wat he has given … I was very happy that time, but after 1month my TL only called me said it’s an organisation call I cannot help …

But PIP cases normally they will inform before outcome release or what is the process?

If HR has said it’s revoked then it’s revoked, don’t stress about it.
