I received my revised compensation, that I have reeived with great regards! Thank you team!

I am happy to announce that my annual salary is revised with 6K per annum. Now Insaurance Company will be getting this 6K from TCS. Thanks for keeping our health on priority! 🙏🏻

Revised meaning its not hike . Only salary structure would have got adjusted. Hike will come in the name of Annual Compensation. Lol😌

No It's hiked by 6K PA. Which is allocated to Health Insaurance!

It cannot be the case. Just check with your HR once. To my knowledge if we get a hike, it will get distributed to all salary components.

Same for me. Let's wait and watch. Seems game hua h hamare sath. We shud be getting in july but revised letter says effective from july. So last year retention ia gone, we will be getting retention bonus/12 sarting from july. Another cost saving master stroke by management.
