Revised compensation on 11h March
Hi , anybody got revised compensation letter for FY 25-26 again effective from 1st march ?
This happened for first time and didn’t got the reason also .
This is not a phishing mail and letter updated in ultimatix also.
Can’t understand how this happened and compensation increased by quite good percentage
seems fake post
Was it for promotion? Some say they have promoted a few resources recently and hence the hike. Please check if there is any grade change mentioned on to the letter or in the Ultimatix.

I also got 80% hike for me, let's see in this month salary slip
Yes my friend also got. And their whole team got, I guess platform admin domain people have got it. And almost everyone of them have got above 15%. I don't understand what's happening.
If you had retention incentive component earlier and which will be given to you part of March salary, then you might have got it with retentive incentive removed and the amount added in personal allowance
Have you cleared wings exam or any other upskill course? As it might be that wings related hike letters are recently issued.
