Revised compensation letter. SPEED UPDATE

Hi all, wr have started to receive the mails for continuous feedback on speed for this FY, if not soon we all will. Why cant we all stand united against this and don't agree with hr to fill untill we get raise Speed is for appraisal, appraisal is for raise, give previous hike then only next one makes sense P.S. I know there's no practical use, bt atleast when HR will b in default for not getting der employees comments updated, the issue willl reach Leadership, corporate and Sr. HR Let's unite.

Don't just ignore, tell HR that what was the use of unnecessary lengthy process last year, those mandatory E0 & E1 competency and all those tantrums when ultimately everyone got nothing. Not even peanuts.

If we do all that or not do it is not making any difference, coming to office is not making any difference and not coming too, promotions are dry.

So what's the ultimate use of following the policies? As the ones who are not following are not being punished, and those who are following are not being rewarded in any kind, so what's the use?

Just leave TCS. Org does not give a shit to experienced employees, every yr thousand freshers are joining and TCS is happy with doing very low level service for clients. So they are happy with freshers who will learn, contribute and leave in 1 to 2 yrs. Employees who stay are useless shit.

If they give a hike or promotion they will increase your QVA on paper and reduce the amount of monthly fixed VA. Then you know how much QVA you will actually get and its impact on the take-home pay. As long as you sit in TCS you are trapped. HR cannot do jack sh**.

So previously a few people tried something similar for a better hike and I will tell you the outcome.

TCS has 600,000+ employees at the moment and they are recruiting freshers blindly. If you don't go ahead with SPEED. They may auto initiate it for now. Even if you don't fill it up you are giving them a reason to put you as a risky employee.

That would mean when some scenario comes those people would be first in line to go out. If you can convince majority of the 600,000 people to do this then it would make sense. Else my friend it's a good initiative but it's time to focus elsewhere.

Also honestly these HR have too thick skin. So the time you spend fighting these people you invest in a good course and certify yourself, you can easily jump and earn much better. Why bother with all this ? It's not our company.

Be selfish of your goals and if that is to earn more up skill and jump. Tomorrow if this place goes down we aren't going to start a go fund page to help this place. So focus on your upskilling good human and trust me the time you spend will help you jump with a minimum hike of 50% which this org would never offer whatever you do.
