Revised Compensation letter

We get the annual compensation letter in April, then we get a revised compensation letter in the month we joined. For example the joining month was June, then one will get resived compensation letter in June.

I have joined tcs in 2021. In 2024 I will complete 3 years.

Do we always get this resived compensation letter or after few years it stops ?

I got it last year, will I get it this year too ?
