Revised Compensation Letter
Hi, I joined as a lateral in March 2023. Am I eligible for hike in April 2023 and if not I have heard they will sent revised letter but amount will be as it is if no increment.
If you joined tcs as a fresher then you will get first (final) year anniversary and if you joined as an experienced then you will get ratings but the hike won't be there.
What about letter I received one letter of anniversary which says your compensation will be reviewed during next appraisal process
yes you wont get any increment in your first year anniversary. they will send a letter stating no salary increment.
I received already in March as I completed 1 year on 1st March. So they will again send in April of Financial year letter stating the same ?
i recently met a guy who had the same conditions last year. he had is anniversary in march and was given band in april alongwith a minor salary hike.
In April I will get that letter
