Revised compensation letter
I’ve completed 2.5 years in TCS. So will I receive revised compensation letter again this year as I got it last year after my 2 years got completed. In TCS, I heard that increment is biannual.

Are you referring to the annual hike this year? Not aware of any hike for completing 2.5 years.
And there is no biannual hike, it’s a yearly one. Promotions are done every quarter, if you get promoted you get hike.
