Revised Compensation

I got mail saying that my compensation has revised.

My annual retention bonus has discontinued and will be added to personal allowance in effective from july 1.

I have completed 3 year on july 4th.

Will I get retention bonus of this year? Or otherwise?

Technically you should get(Baki always be ready to experience uncertainty)since you complete the Q1 and most probably pass your joining date and the effective date is from the beginning of Q2 which means it is most probably per your anniversary per joining.

Please plan accordingly and be always ready for uncertainty as the real tagline says "Experience Uncertainty" 😂
