Revised compensation

Hi i have recently completed 3 years in the service last year I received revised compensation letter but this year didn’t received any only received TCS gems😅.does we receive revised compensation every year? i tried checking in policy didn’t find any documents regarding this so posting it here if any experience people know this(P.S joined as a fresher no retention bonus in OL)
