Revised compensation.

I got mail today regarding revised compensation they have reduced 15k . It’s because of I took transfer from MUMBAI to PUNE??

And second thing I am digital candidate, So in my last compensation letter they gave me 70k as retention incentive. But in this revised compensation they have increased my 70k IN BOB and removed retention incentive.

So is there something I need yo be worried about.
